For me, fitness isn't just a job — it's a lifestyle I've lived for over 30 years. I know what it's like to juggle family, work, and travel while still trying to find time to stay active. That's why I specialise in helping motivated midlife adults build strength, confidence, and energy in a way that fits real life — not gym perfection.
